Cash to promote disabled workers

A BIG cash injection from Europe aims to help disabled people in Reading find work.
The £278,917 grant from the European Social Fund is targeted at jobs in tourism, leisure and hospitality. .
The cash which will be put into the Untapped workforce Project will be used to show employers that disabled people have skills to offer. It will also provide training and work placements for people with disabilities.
Work will also be done to show employers how they can make bigger profits by introducing enlightened policies and practices.
