Graft is a service to both employers and those wanting access to work opportunities.
It offers employers access to skilled workers and a range of information and advice on maintaining a skilled and reliable workforce.
It helps those who want to work to match their skills to the needs of employers and gain work opportunities through a range of support and guidance.
The service is provided by the Ways Into Work Forum, an umbrella organisation involving local businesses, public and voluntary groups who are seeking to achieve real and sustainable diversity in the workplace.
We are based at the Training Employment Advice Shop (TEA Shop), in the centre of Reading and are funded by a number of sources, including the Primary Care Trust, European Social Fund, Reading Borough Council and Scope
