Survival Guide

On this free course, you improve your confidence, develop "job detecting" skills, we teach you how to read a job description and compose a good CV and CL (Cover Letter), as well as help you develop the skills needed to present yourself in the best light. You will gain or brush up on useful digital skills needed to prosper in the modern economy.

Our courses are well suited to anyone, but were specifically designed for those who suffer from mental ill-health, or struggle with social situations which is often the case with anyone with a diagnosis of autism.

We have been told we are "the best programme I have been on since losing my job to Covid" (participant on the Survival Guide course in April 2021).

A participant in July 2021 stated: "I feel empowered [by the course] ... it has totally flipped how I think about job searching."

‘Survival Guide – Digital' starts on Monday the 21st of March 2022. It runs from 10am to 1pm for 6 Mondays and Wednesdays with separated by a two week Easter Break.
